As a condition of participating in any Reverse Your Funnel course, workshop, training, coaching, membership site or online community, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms & conditions:
“Party”, “parties” and “us” refers to both the customer and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the customer in the most appropriate manner. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
The Reverse Funnel and any related content or programs are strictly for educational purposes ONLY. You understand and agree that you, the client, are solely responsible for your progress and results from the Program. You follow the system, instructions and coaching of your free will and volition. Kim Snider and Addanell Inc. make no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing. You understands that because of the nature of online marketing, the results experienced by each student will vary significantly. You acknowledge that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will reach your goals as a result of participation in the Program. Program content and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in purchasing this vital small-business training from Reverse Your Funnel. But we also want/expect you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. So, in the spirit of “Those who pay … pay attention!”
We offer a lifetime refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must show me proof you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.
In other words, if you don’t give it your full effort… that’s on you, not me. I only want those who are ambitious and driven to make their business successful. I am not guaranteeing your work or effort. I’m guaranteeing mine. That is fair, right?
In the event you decide this program was not the right decision, contact me at email@example.com and let me know you are requesting a refund. You must include the completed assignments from the Implementation Checklist with your request. If you request a refund and do not include proof of good faith effort on your part, you will not be granted a refund.
Please submit the following along with your request:
Item #1: Screenshot of Facebook pixel installed and firing
Item #2: Links to Facebook Lives or other comparable means of testing hooks and the one you decided on
Item #3: Links to your landing page for your conversion event, copies of all emails and ads, and the results
Item #4: Copies of your long-assed email sequence
Item #5: Screenshots or links to your sales page and order forms
Item #6: Why do you think this program didn’t work for you?
We will NOT provide refunds without the above. Except in the above cases, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund, with the required justification, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Kim Snider but will be issued promptly so long as you tried the program and, in spite of good faith effort on the part of all parties, it did not work.
Grant of Access
We reserve the right to cancel any service, subscription and access to sites, forums, social media communities, etc, at our sole discretion. We will generally invoke this rule based on unacceptable behavior that might drive away or offend others, irritate us or when your activities jeopardize our ability to provide service to our other customers.
No Transfer of Intellectual Property
The Reverse Funnel program is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to you are for your individual use only and a single-user license. You are not authorized to use any of Company’s intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including Company’s copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of Addanell Inc. d/b/a Reverse Your Funnel. No license to sell or distribute Company’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Company, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Company. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
Any information concerning the customer and the respective customer records are regarded as confidential and will therefore not be divulged to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. Customer data is passed on only to services required to maintain our business, such as payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, others) and customer databases (Active Campaign). These third party services guarantee the privacy of your data in their own terms. Customers have the right to request sight of and copies of any and all customer records we keep, on the provision that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any mails sent by us will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers like PayPal and Stripe, to ensure the best possible customer experience and ensure the customer’s privacy. All our products are delivered, or access granted, on receipt of payment. Access instructions are sent by email, after the payment is received. Additional charges, late fees, chargeback fees and other fees are determined by our payment providers.
